 Andrew and I just got back from Texas to visit his family, and while there we tied the knot.

For those of you who don't know, he is being deployed next week and will be gone for a year.

SO! Come celebrate with us at the Merc tonight if you can, this is also probably the last chance Andrew will have to be there until he comes back.

And also a nice little update on me:

1. Andrew and I are engaged!!! I have the most beautiful ring in the world, right now I just have the stone on a temporary though (1.5 karat light blue sapphire!) and I get the real band first week in August. We have never been happier or more in love :D

2. He is being deployed next month. He is away at annual training right now and will get back on the 8th. We fly out that same day to go to Texas again to visit with his family for about a week. We fly home on the 16th and on the 18th he leaves. 1 year. Iraq. Not saying more on this as it's too hard.

3. Work is going awesome. I'm trying to reach my next level in my career and to do that I need 5 more policies by friday. This has me freaking out and slightly crazy. Please do not be offended if I randomly call any of you to ask if you have renters insurance yet!!!  That being said, if you or anyone you know needs it, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! I would be eternally gratefull for any and all help I can get!

That's about it. With the year that I have coming up, I expect to be out and about a lot more as personal contact with freinds really really helps.

I'm going crazy. But don't worry, it's in a good way :)

Everything with the new job is going awesome but I'm petrified by this goal I have coming up. You see, if I hit this certain sales goal by the 18th, then I will move up to the next step of training and will be making much more $$$. This means that if I have your phone number, I will probably be calling you in the next week and inquiring as to whether or not you have renters insurance. Feel free to take me up on my offer of it (usually $10 to $12 a month) and ask If I would be so kind as to insure your vehicles (or life, house, boat, etc) as well. Don't worry, I'd be glad to! And please don't hang up on me. I hate it when they hang up on me.

Honestly it comes down to this - I really really really want to move up, but I'm going to need a little help getting going.

In other news, life has been well. My sweetie finished moving in, and on tuesday we celebrated our 1 year anniversary *SQUEE* !!! He has been my rock these last few months (well always really, but especially now).

So yesterday I was with my parents on my way up to buy Lindsay's car, and just for the hell of it we decided to drive through the parking lot where my car was stolen and the lots next to it. and we found it!!! It was in front of Home Depot. They had put about 20 miles on it, and cleaned out the inside pretty well. Stole my tv (duh) all my cds (of course) my car kit (jumper cables, road flares etc.) and my cupholder (huh?). left my stereo though... and it still runs fine... 
wOot!  no more bus!!!

In other news: i am quitting smoking. again. This time I'm using the patch though and my parents have said if I go a month without smoking they will pay my tuition for a month YAY! Day one is going well :)

So it turns out I have the best parents in the world. They are saving my ass. I told them that I would be getting bout 3 hours of sleep on school nights (while walking a mile into downtown seattle from cap. hill to the bus at 11pm the another mile from the bus to home at about 1am) and getting up at 4:30 every day to take the stupid bus to work. and I would have to get a second job if I even wanted to think about getting a new car before may. My dad's response was "But you are to busy for that..." I said yes. yes I am... And he said we would take care of it this weekend :D So if all goes well I will be buying Lindsay's '94 Mitsubishi Eclipse tomorrow. Im going with the parents up to Bellingham to check it out and if they give the thumbs up, they will loan me the money for it. *CROSSES FINGERS* Its a cute car...

I rant for I am one tired girly...but my roommie is making me food and I shall sleep soon...
